"My experience at Northland Skinkandy was beyond first class customer service. From the moment we entered the store Adela greeted us with her lovely bubbly personality and got us set up with what we needed to get my 4 year olds ears pierced. We then met Ruby who would be the second person to be piercing my daughter's ears. Ruby was so sweet and amazing with my daughter helping her pick out the earrings and explaining what was going to happen to her. Getting a piercing done is scary enough for a little kid but Adela and Ruby were so patient and made sure she was completely comfortable before they did anything. Adela even squeezed me in to get my own piercing done and Ruby entertained my 4 year old with some paper to draw on. I could not recommend them enough. They were both knowledgeable and just made the whole experience so enjoyable. It was a really lovely start to my day to have met both of these beautiful ladies."
