"The cakes are tasty, but for the second time in a row I received a frozen cake from a cheesecake shop. Now, usually not an issue, but when I pick it up at 10:30 in the morning and am told “it was baked fresh this morning, pull it out an hour before serving” I don’t then assume my cakes going to be rock hard. Be honest with your products. Extremely disappointing again as we love using the rainbow cake (a near $70 cake mind you) for all special occasions."
