"Make sure that you confirm BEFORE your treatment what you have been booked for. I was concerned about having a facial with my very sensitive dry skin. I was advised via messenger of a 30 minute facial which would be suitable so I agreed. Online their 30 minute facial is $99. I went and had my facial, and as I don't get facials I went along with everything the therapist was doing. When it came to pay, the therapist told me that I owed $159 for the facial. She told me that I was booked in for the Pro Dermal facial (45 minutes) and that is what I received. I told her that I was only booked in for a 30 minute facial, and I had to show her proof of the messages. Apparently I had been booked in and received the wrong facial."

"My partner and I purchased the 'Double the Love' package for Valentines and it was absolutely amazing! The place was cozy and private, smelled great and was very clean. The girls that looked after us, Erin and Britney were awesome and asked us if everything was good with the massage and was happy to accommodate. The spa and sauna was also really lovely, especially with the drinks and chocolates we received. Had some troubles paying at the end (completely normal stuff) but Esther the director was super friendly and kind, and happy to help fix it all up. For little things that would make the experience even better, the booking online was a bit confusing to understand as there were a lot of packages. If they were separated a bit, it would be less overwhelming. The light in the sauna was not working (I think?), and it would've been nice if it did. Some lights in the spa area would also be nice for those that don't like it too dark. Possibly having some sort of screen between the reception and bathroom/spa/sauna would be nice. I thought it was a little unusual that there wasn't. Truly the trip was still fantastic and the best I've had, and I absolutely recommend this place to anyone considering to go!"
