"Three weeks ago we lost this special little girl Slink. I decided to get her tattooed on my arm as she was so special. My experience at Purple Haze was the best, Mick done this beautiful piece of art and I love it. This was my 1st tattoo and I will be back for more. I recommend Purple Haze for your creation. "If you have an unloved Tattoo and thinking of Lazer do it. I was put off for many years as was told the pain was much worse than getting tattoos which is not the case. Pain was easy to handle very fast its faded every session and after care is also a breeze. Bonus in getting lazer done in the tattoo shop is no need to over lazer if your goal is to get a cover up done as they all work together to get the result your after. It is a process and takes time but so far worth the wait and I’m looking forward to getting my cover up done. Thanks to everyone at Purple Haze for the great service. Cheers Nicole x"

"I recommend thinking twice before getting your tattoos done here. I went there today to show them my 12 month old tattoo which is faded in patches, and I was met with the rudest woman EVER! My faded tattoo is small and under my collar bone, an area which is not regularly exposed to sunlight. In comparison, I have other tattoos on my forearms that are 7 years old, are regularly exposed to sunlight, and they are still in perfect condition. The receptionist tried to tell me that forearms are normally covered and the area under the collar bone is more regularly exposed to sunlight??? I asked why this level of fading had occurred in such a short period of time, and she was immediately on the defence and deflecting blame. My enquiry was abruptly dismissed, I wasn't given an opportunity to discuss the matter, she just sharply said "we wouldn't fix that after 12 months". The customer service here is absolutely appalling! I went to another tattoo studio, they had a good look at it, and they said the ink used was of inferior quality. This may explain why the receptionist was so defensive, I wonder if this is a regular complaint. ***And I'll also add dishonest, in relation to the response to my review, from Kathy, the wife/rude receptionist. I never said it was regularly exposed to the sun, I said the forearm tattoos had been regularly exposed to the sun and they are still in perfect condition. Good customer service requires active listening, a skill which you may wish to develop."
