"Liv at Black Dragon (aka the safest place in Frankston) is the absolute best and the only person anyone on the peninsula should be going to to get pierced! She is extremely professional, whilst also being very gentle, patient, fast and the services are priced fairly. I have gotten all of my piercings done here (second lobe, nostril, navel, septum) and I plan on keeping it that way in the future :)"
