"A lady who did my shellac nails and she was very much in a rush. The previous nail polish was not removed cleanly and she started to apply the shellac gel. The work from her was very rough so I said to her: please don’t rush and do it slowly and nicely. But she started to yell at me saying that that’s the way she works and if I don’t like it I can wait for someone else to do mine. I was completely speechless. For one moment I felt that she was going to jump up and beat me up. It was an awful experience!"
