"Incredibly sweet & friendly staff. Never have to wait for an appointment here. They pay close attention to detail and are very thorough. To take of my shellac polish they used a soaking method that didn’t erode my nails - which I greatly appreciated in order to keep my nails strong! The shellac manicure only lasted ~2 weeks (compared to others typically lasting 3 weeks) but good value and experience here. Will be back!"
"They book people in even when they don’t have time. Started on my nails without confirming it was a manicure beforehand then went back to cut my cuticles. Made one of my fingers bleed. Put polish too far from cuticle so makes nails look shorter. Got gel polish on my skin in multiple places. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone"
