"Went in today to find no customers and 2 guys standing around doing nothing. One asked if I had a booking, and without asking what I even wanted, said I would have to wait 40 minutes for an appointment. So the sign that says Walk-ins welcome is meaningless and has now alienated me from ever going there again."

"I am really sad to have to rate this like this, but it’s only fair! I scheduled an appointment for my 11 year old for a mullet hair cut (1 Dec) after school at 3:50. I read every detail about the types of hair cuts, and I decided to NOT book the simple kid hair cut, instead the $40 cut, for blending etc as you would expect for a mullet! Plus, I added on the extra of a wash and head massage, to which, his wash was done is 60 seconds with no massage which he loves! Anyway, the mullet, which he has done previously to a play I won’t name but was sensational, is awful - my son is embarrassed, it’s uneven, it lacks mullet style, no one would no what he is trying to achieve other than an uneven cut! To top it off, when we arrived, the place has hair all over the ground, smothered in hair, you have to skip over it! All in all, I spent $50 on a kids hair cute, with a wash, respecting a mullet can be challenging and not trying to avoid that cost, I pre-paid and I have never, ever in my life been so dissatisfied. I can see why it’s easy to book with them, and get a last minute appointment! I am sad I respected their rules, as they didn’t respect the integrity of a good hair cut, and allowing a boy to walk out confident! Instead, crying and ashamed that we had to go elsewhere! I would have raised this with them myself, but by the greeting we received when we walked in - I can promise you, going back and asking them to fix it would not be worth the pain and discrimination I know we would have received! Anyway, I am all about the best reviews, but I hope I never see a sign for this place again! $50 for a kids cut, and we had to get it fixed the next day but another barber! What a shame!"
