Operating as a small business, our dedication to clients, services, time, and appointments is a high priority. To maintain this level of commitment, we have certain policies in place. If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel as we want to ensure we can fulfill the service to your satisfaction. Continuous disregard for appointment times may result in our no-show policy being applied.

If you need to cancel your appointment, we kindly request a minimum of 12 hours notice so that we can fill the slot with another client. Failure to provide the required notice will result in being charged the outstanding balance at your next appointment. Additionally, if you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment, the outstanding balance will be charged on your next visit.
