"I've taken my toddler son here before and they cut my daughter's hair when she was an infant as they advertise "kids" haircuts. Was no issue then and they were quick and convenient. We waited with my 2 and 4 year old patiently for an hour today to be told when we got to the chair they won't cut my 4 year old daughter's fringe. Was willing to pay full price for a simple fringe cut on a 4 year old (she won't let me cut it and it is covering her eyes, and she really wanted to go get it cut). I was told quite rudely "we can't make exceptions you might go tell all your friends". I wasn't asking for an exception because you don't specify gender in your pricelist for kids, our honest mistake. I don't think it was fair to show us the door after we'd waited so long, seemed a bit dramatic as it would have taken probably 2 minutes. There was little point in staying to have my two year old son's haircut as my daughter was about to get upset and we didn't want to make a scene, so we left and we won't be back. I won't "tell my friends" as you put it but I'll leave a review because in 2023 it makes me wonder how many other people, for instance transpersons or non-binary clientle, are shown the door if a 4 year old of any gender can't get a fringe cut. EDIT: Good form having your manager write their own fake 5-Star review 1 day after mine in clear response to mine, which is against Google's policy mind you. Makes me wonder how many others are fake."
