They only take bookings. I have tried to book by ringing several times in the morning, for no one to answer the phone, despite people being there. Not very professional in my opinion. All I wanted was to get a simple haircut. If they had answered the phone or had a voice mail, that would have been enough for me to know they couldn’t fit me in. What I didn’t need was an attitude."
