I wouldnt go anywhere else, both my son and my sin in law come here as well and are very happy with the customer service. Lesley and her team's hairdressing skills are second to none."

"This place was a fantastic place! Loved going to get my hair done. However one day a close friend of mine who was also a regular customer arrived to get her hair done and was kept waiting for over 2 hours. One sorry apology was given, no offer for a reduction in price for the terrible inconvenience or a voucher to come back another time for a free service. My friend became late for every other appointment and was utterly disgusted at how she was treated as a regular customer. I have since tried to make appointments with one of my favourite hairdressers there however the owner - Lesley was so incredibly rood to me on all three occasions telling me I cant choose who cuts my hair as she is incredibly busy. That may be the case however it is not nice to be yelled at nor is it appropriate to treat paying customers this way. My whole family, and 4 of my friends were going there (some of their family too) however since this "hostile" treatment from the owner, Lesley towards myself, 2 of my friends, my grandmother; word has gone out that while they may have fair hair dressing skills, it is not worth being treated badly. We no longer go. I hope you are reading this hair dynamics. because you need to pull your socks up and be nicer to your customers!"
