I was yelled at even though it was our first meeting for not understanding the bulk billing process and then asked to pay the $80 out of pocket even though I explained I didn't even have that much in my account because I had been homeless. My previous psychologist I saw for 5 years and she was extremely helpful to me. After moving I decided to try this clinic and she called my previous psychologist "incompetent" and then proceeded to yell at a medicare worker for their privacy policy (which clearly was not this worker's doing) because she "didn't trust" me when I said I had 3 sessions left because other clients "keep screwing me around" (what happened to confidentiality?). I put off writing this for a long time but no one should have to walk out of a psychologist appointment in tears. Self-awareness is vital in this practice, I suggest you learn some. Having a bad day is not an excuse to lose your temper in the psychology field."
