"Attention Men with a good crop of thick hair!!! Have been using this business for quite some time, mainly due to the convenience of not having to make an appointment. After today, however I won’t be back. Not once, by any of the hairdressers who have cut my hair in the past at this business, including the lady who did todays cut and contrary to what she said, have ever made an issue about how thick my hair is and that it normally costs $5 extra. She made this comment after I had already paid by using their digital screen. I thought it odd, so expected the next visit was likely to cost more, but no, at the end of the haircut as I was about to leave, she asked how I was going to pay for the extra $5. I was in disbelief and she had no care factor when I said they had lost me as a client. I almost didn’t go back after the last haircut as they butchered my hair and I took almost 3 weeks for it to recover. I wonder if someone with thin hair would get a discount, I doubt it? I went back through my bank account to make sure I hadn’t been charged the extra $5 previously, even by this stylist and I hadn’t. My understanding of their digital screen is that you pre choose what service you want, then pay for it, get a receipt and hand the receipt to the hairdresser, which is what I did, however all this did was led the lady to basically accuse me of purposely avoiding the extra $5. For my earlier haircuts, the hairdresser pressed all the buttons and I just tapped my card, but I started noticing clients do this themselves and eventually started doing it as well, so doing it today was not a way of avoiding the extra $5 that I wasn’t even aware of. The odd adage You Get What You Pay For applies here, however if they are going to charge me $25 for a 5 minute haircut, then their competitive advantage is eroded when I can pay a little more and get a proper haircut as well as a shampoo and dry. Anyway. Rant Over."

"The worst waxing experience I've very had. She didn't wash her hands, then never cleaned the skin. Didn't hold the skin tight. Then drop something on the ground and picked I up. Once again, didn't wash her hands. The salon was so dirty. Don't use this place."

"The older lady who cut my hair insisted she HAD to straighten it before cutting it and then charged me for it. I should note that my hair is curly but I had said that I’m okay with them cutting it while it’s wet so that way they get a better idea of the shape of the curl."

I wanted a Clippers, Scissors & Trim cut, but because I was female, the haircutter refused to serve me unless I paid more for a “womens cut”, even though my hair is short like a man's and I wanted it cut no differently to any of her male customers. It's discrimination"

"Supercuts are really bad at cutting long hair. I asked for mine cutting and layering . She had no idea how to do it..dont waste your time ladies with this hairdressers.they ruined my hair. I got charged $40 for a cut that was really bad .Go to someone more professional.if i had looked at the reviews before i went i would never have gone to the place. Girls need retrai ing"
