"Was very upset about my service. I asked for a trim and for light layers. My hair was wet so I was unaware of how uneven and choppy my hair was when I had left (it looked like someone had grabbed half of my hair and just cut random sections). I went back to ask if I could get a refund as this is not what I asked for, and because I didn’t want to have to cut a lot off to fix it, and would have preferred to get it fixed somewhere else. I was told that was not possible and then told that my hair was even, and that it was straight… there was quite clearly about 3cm difference with my hair pulled to the front. I ended up having to get my hair cut to the shortest length of my layers because of how harsh the lines where on my hair, resulting in me getting a lot more hair cut off than what I wanted. I was told that layers were not put into my hair by the hairdresser, although I never walked in with them. I do not like my hair now and will not be back."
