"I had a lovely Signature Facial with Natalie today. I was relaxed & my face felt wonderful afterwards. On another note I am extremely disappointed that their was no notification stating a price increase for March. I have had this booked for months & I questioned my charges. My treatment had gone up $20. I know you are saying $20 but it is the principle that I booked it prior to the price rise & I was never notified."

"I was gifted a “Luxurious Christmas Facial” for Christmas and was able to redeem it today. What a great experience, all staff were so lovely and welcoming from the moment I walked in. I was looked after by Ella for majority of my treatment and she was exceptional. She explained everything included in the treatment, was professional and kind. I was then looked after by another lady for my blow dry and she was just as great and lovely. Thankyou I will definitely be back."
