"I paid 90$ for shellac manicure and pedicure polish. The lady who did mine was rushing and she didn’t even complete the full process of pedicure . Cuticle was not cleaned properly in my fingers and I had to tell her for each and every finger to redo it. I asked for a round nails and it was not proper round and when asked she’s saying my nails are short and it will come like that only . Very worst experience. I usually don’t give bad reviews but people should be aware of their service . I should have trusted the bad reviews . Definitely not worth the 90$ I spent ."
"For what they do, it's overpriced. The woman charged 60 for the worst job. I usually go to M Nails at Sunnybank, and they do an amazing job for the same price. Only went here to kill time, and I thought really how bad can they be. Well, really, actually quite bad. Not even worth 10 dollars. Uneven, splotchy, just overall terrible. While there, they were arguing with other customers who also seemed unimpressed with their work."
"Got a new set of acrylics and when asking questions about them i got rude and short responses. Was told a price at the start when telling them what i would like and price went up 10$ after they had been done. I got blue french tip and i asked for a light pink under colour and that was not given so can really tell they're false, as well as only getting one finishing coat, one hand wasn't filed after the gel polish had dried and no drill the clean up the cuticle. Very unprofessional and was a rushed job."
