"I wanted to get my hair dyed, I was given a book to choose a colour from. My hair dresser - male who looked to be mid 20’s agreed to do it. After everything was done, it didn’t turn out the colour I showed him. He said “your hair is too dark, you can’t get that colour”. He said it AFTER he did my hair which took 2 hours. I spent over $150.. as a high school student that is a lot of money. So disappointed and upset about the outcome and service, it’s just plain evil."
