"Bought my partner a groupon for foils next thing you know om getting a call saying they want to charge her $600 otherwise leave. Edit. She never asked to be blonde in one session. She asked for a head of foils. She knew quite well it would take a few lots of foils to achieve her goal. You obviously didnt listen to the client. She did not want to bleach it one sitting. The fact is we had a groupon voucher which she was happy to use even though you told her the colour would not be that great. She has done this before when she went blonde the first time when she was younger. She understood the first few times would be awkward colours until it's light enough to dye. She was far from melodramatic. You guys should remove your groupon offering if you don't have the trainee who left to do the work for you. We will find someone who listens to their clients before trying to charge 600 dollars. Edit to your response. I am glad you respond the way you do. It shows your businesses true colours. I may not have a degree in hair, but as myself running a business, I actually listen to clients and honour my discounts. If I can't provide them these discounts, I don't offer them."

"Ordered a voucher from Groupon for a cut,wash,full head of foils and a blow dry went to use it they decided not to honour it because the trainee who did the Groupons left and tried using the excuse because I have box dye that color won't come out right. I paid for something and even of it doesn't come out right you should still honor it. Edit - as to your reply. You should state on the Groupon it would be an extra for stripping. I happily accepted the extra length charge. And for the Toner, I was happy to do myself. I asked to gradually get my hair lighter. Not do it in one session, which I would have happily paid for over the next few treatments. What I am annoyed about is you have a service on Groupon which you did not adhere to. I understand it would not have turned out as great for the first round of foils and I was going to accept that. You still could have done what I paid for, no matter the outcome. Avoid this service."

"I simply walked in to see if could get a haircut. The door was open, the website says they’re open and I copped a disgusting aggressive attitude from the owner. The other lady working there gave me a “sorry for her attitude” type look. Don’t think I’ll be going there again! Other customers at the the complex told me not to go there as they’ve experienced her aggressively rude attitude as well. I’ll take my business to someone who appreciates it!"
