Woolworths Bracken Ridge

"Rarely have checkouts open- just self serve..often no large trolleys with babyseat in the afternoons- which is problmatic with a 1 yr old....usually have to go to carpark to source one yourself. I have heard staff arguing about whos turn it is to go get the trolleys (as there's no dedicated trolley boy/girl)...might explain why. Limited options stocked, as its a small store. There are a couple of lovely staff members but equally some with really bad attitudes, that are openly rude. I try to avoid shopping here for that reason."

"Was good. Now awful. Manager won’t open registers and the self serve system is so slow. So many times refer to staff."

"Have been back to store. Will continue to bypass it in favour of either Coles or Aldi. Short staff levels. Wait times a deli are ridiculous. Not to mention check outs. The store is to small for pick and collect. Rows not big enough. From the profits they make they could do a lot better. Small store. Big prices."

"Went to Woolworths for our Sunday morning shop 19/03 and as usual they had only one checkout open at 10am. We were in a que with five people at the checkout and my wife and one other lady had to go to the desk to ask if they could open another checkout to enable us to get home. After quite some time another checkout opened and we all were served but not after a 20 minute process. Not good enough, need to do better. Usually there is a manager floating around the front area keeping an eye on things but not on Sunday and this is the result."
