"No. Disappointed with the staff. Felt like being bullied into making quick decisions about my old dog. They have no ultrasound facility. They did not explain to me how they operate this. They round a few dogs up and get them ready for a technicians to come to surgery. The receptionist suggested also for my dog to have an ultrasound. She is not a vet. Just do your job. Where was the vet?"
"Accommodating and helpful staff on the phone. No complaints with my pets surgery. Only thing I could fault in my visit is being watched by the reception staff whilst they sat behind the desk and saw me struggle with a walker and a kitten carrier through the doorway, after prior calling to advise them I was disabled and unwell. I just thought it might have been nice of one of them to perhaps offer to open the door, since it's not automatic it was a hurdle in my visit that I struggled with."
