In terms of production and delivery, we want to keep our customers informed about the current situation. Local production orders have experienced a significant increase in recent weeks, leading to longer lead times of 3-5 weeks for most of our locally produced bottles. Moreover, due to shipping constraints from China, we anticipate an additional 15-30 days in sailing times for containers from China.

To ensure timely delivery, we highly recommend forward planning and early placement of new orders. In the next 6 to 12 months, we anticipate a high demand for China production, both domestically and internationally, which may result in extended lead times for new orders. Currently, we are experiencing 4-16 weeks ex factory availability instead of our usual 3-4 weeks. Rest assured, our team is actively working with our factories to manage this situation and will provide updates as we receive them.

At Conta-Pack, we are committed to environmental sustainability. We have recently implemented our new environmental policy, focusing on recycling and green power. As part of this initiative, we have installed 266 solar panels, generating 95kw of solar power. Additionally, we have replaced traditional bulbs with energy-efficient LED bulbs throughout our business, including LED High Bay Lighting, to reduce our carbon footprint.

We encourage our customers to support our recycling efforts by allowing us to recycle or reuse our cartons. We also make sure to recycle or send to recyclers any reject products, while offering factory seconds for bottles that are still usable but may not meet our quality standards. Furthermore, we strive to incorporate post-consumer PET in some of the bottles we produce, promoting a circular economy and sustainable packaging practices.

Conta-Pack also offers package design and development services, along with toolmaking for blow, PET, and injection molding. We specialize in custom molding of blow, PET, and injection molded components, ensuring precise and tailored solutions for our clients.
