"Deplorable service and general all round lack of tact. Zero respect for customers and no after sales service. I tried reschedule an appointment to be told “don’t bother” even though I have spent in excess of $5K."

"Older guy who is in charge is so rude. Told me to go call metro health then I tried explaining I did this last time and was told it was sorted, he didn't want to hear it so I said I'll go ring metro health now and he then said they would and I shouldn't. All this went on when I show up for an appointment and am told I don't have one ( even though I have a card they wrote the appointment on)and that the denture guy I was supposed to see went on holiday already .The whole time the old guy in-charge was talking over me being totally rude. I am now going elsewhere as I won't be treated like it's my fault when it's their fault.i wouldn't recommend them at all."

"SEE PHOTO AT THE BOTTOM Go elsewhere people, i went here and saw Kabindra Aryal and i have had the worst experience of my life, and i have been wearing dentures for over 20 years. This man is just wrong and definitely needs his eye sight checked, just rude and he refuses to believe he is capable of doing anything wrong, and i can tell you that he does a lot wrong. He refused to fix his mistakes and i took them to another denture technician, just to have him laugh about my dentures. It has cost me another $700 to have them fixed. The teeth were crooked, the denture was lopped sided and sitting in my month on an angle, he used as little acrylic as humanly possible, so much so that my bottom denture broke very easily. I only had suction on the top denture enough to talk, but needed glue to eat, just very poor work. When i approached him about this he couldn't see any issues with it, (as some time had expired since i seen him about 7 months because i was out of town and couldn't see him). said that he doesn't work for free and asked me to leave. ( Funny though why would he need to work for free if he saw no issues at all) . Then he made me another booking with him and his boss for another 2 weeks. But i decided to go elsewhere, and will never go back there again. Just disgusting. Sorry I forgot to post a photo. See how the teeth barely pass my lip, how lopped sided it is and how the teeth arent straight, and he said he couldn't see any issues"

"I’m very happy I decided to go to Anzac Avenue denture clinic what a great experience.when I walked in the door I was greeted with a smile from Amelia at the front desk and she couldn’t of been more helpful in organising all my dentist and denture appointments and getting a easy payment plan sorted for me what a Pleasant young lady. I had my lower denture done by James who was very professional and he made me feel comfortable and at ease. he did a grate job in making my smile look real again so thank you guys and I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone"
