I was immediately impressed by the calm and professional manner of Dr. Morton who was very knowledgeable and trustworthy. He talked to me and explained what he was doing more so in one appointment than my previous dentist of 20+ years. I highly recommend this practice"

"I've visited twice in the past couple of weeks and both times were a positive experience. Initially I was visiting for an infected wisdom tooth (my 3rd time with said tooth) and as I am not a citizen here, but on WHV. Nick went through my options with me and gave me recommendations so that my time here wouldn't be tinted with the painful experience of having the tooth removed. Instead going with some flushes, antibiotics and pain meds. And the recommendation to get in removed when I get home. I returned today as my fixed retained needed to be bonded properly on the left hand side. Nick took the time to listen to my concerns and preferences. Fixing it and making sure it wasn't negatively affecting my bite when my jaw was closed. He then showed me the video afterwards of what he did to my teeth. Not something I've ever thought about before but it actually helped to put me at ease. And then taking care to walk me through removable retainers as I expressed an interest in this to him. Due to past encounters I became extremely distrustful of dentists and the experience I've had with Nick and the team helped to restore my faith in dentist's. Additionally, I get emotional when at the dentist as my nan always used to be there for me at my appointments and she passed away last year. That being said I have a hard time keeping myself together at my appointments. Nick and his assistant (whose name I have forgotten - I'm so sorry) didn't make me feel awkward or uncomfortable and the lady even held my hand throughout. The ladies at reception are warm and welcoming. And the reception area itself has a cosy atmosphere, it isn't one of those sterile and cold environments. There is a lot more I could say but I've already said enough. Thank you to everyone at Queen Street Dental for making these stressful situations easier to cope with."
