"Terrible experience.!!!!! AVOID. Doesnt communicate well, initially superficially nice but dismissive/chauvistic when questioned, didnt reply except to say on 2 occassions "I have a male brain I cant do two things at once" .He said one tooth couldnt be filled/saved, need Root canal, but next dentist did a great job building it back up with no problem 6 years ago still perfectly intact. Too much to say really. Staff were very pleasant. He prepped me for denture without being honest about end result, I bailed on it when I found out metal would show upon smiling. No informed consent. Should have reported to Ahpra for lying to me. He broke a crown he broke by accident working on the next tooth and patched up twice which fell off both times.ended up asking him to extract it for me as he wouldn't replace the crown but in his words' I will do it for you but I think it's an abuse' and after extraction pretty quickly ordered me out. Charming. My records I requested did not have any resemblance to reality, very concerning."
"I have been going to see Dr. Tom for quite a few years now and have always had first class treatment. He has addressed problems which I have had for many years previously which had never been solved and he has dealt with them. He always works to get the best possible outcome and backs up his decisions with reference to X-rays and other objective data. . If he can save a damaged tooth he will but is realistic about expectations. He is always willing to discuss situations and back it up with sensible information. His staff are always friendly and helpful. I recommend most highly."
