"Had a molar extraction with these people. First the dentist broke the tooth into several pieces and then removed the pieces. The whole experience experience was very uncomfortable and painful. I kept feeling something was not right. After the extraction they did an x ray and said everything was OK. I keep feeling a boney end where they did the extraction. Because od the bad experience I did not go back ro them. I was in a lot of discomfort for 6 months before I went to see another dentist. They found a piece of tooth still in my mouth stuck to my gums after the extraction and had been causing me pain for the last 7 months. Very bad as dentist. I think there might be a breach of duty of care for the patients still considering whether to report to their dental guild alternative to bringing a legal action. Not worth the 1200 dollars I was charged. Would not recommend them to anyone even though I am local. I would not be going there ever again"

"I spent over $500 getting my teeth white and hundreds of dollars getting my fillings and they all turned out bad. My teeth didn’t get white at all, my fillings all have different shades and look ugly. What a waste of money. Don’t ever go, very unprofessional and dodgy."

She is such a pleasant personality answered all my dental questions with so much details gave me a lot of time more than expected for a regular clean up put my mind at ease. "If you’re looking for a friendly dental practice then this isn’t the place to go. First of all the receptionist was so lovely over the phone when confirming my partners appointment, very easy to understand very clear and professional English. I had called a few days prior to my partners appointment and the lady I spoke to was extremely had to understand and communicate with. When my partner came in for his appointment he said that he waited in the waiting from for 35 mins for his 10 minute appointment check up which we find very unprofessional and not acceptable at all. The dentist was rude and hard to communicate with she was very blunt and rude towards her assistant which definitely isn’t a good look at all. The floors were dirty they hadn’t been cleaned, they took forever to find my partners file as they don’t have any computers to search up his name easily it’s 2019 this shouldn’t be an issue. The dentist Mobile phone was ringing in the surgery while doing treatment on my partner aswell. We will not be returning to this practice as we do not find it professional at all!! Would not recommend at all."
