"The dentist’s don’t know what there doing at all!! Told me I need to just clean my teeth and tried to shame me out and I ended up having a abscess and they wouldn’t listen to me at all, the Asian lady was running around like crazy like she was on drugs & the older man wouldn’t listen to anyone but himself & was training the others yet leaving them alone to do patients & they didn’t know what they were doing at all. Don’t understand how they work with kids aswell! Worst dental clinic I’ve ever been too"

"My appointment was on the 13/03/2019 .Very professional and friendly service; from the reception to the nurse and right through to the Dentist Doctor. Seen by the Dentist on time, didn`t have to wait. All was clearly explain/shown on the computer/picture in regards to my treatment and fallow up steps. No long gaps and waiting time in between appointments. Purely 5 star service. Thank you very much for your care Ladies.Kind Regards Margaret."

"Absolute awful service. I had called up a month prior from today to book an appointment for a sever tooth pain, I was told that they were fully booked until this current date, therefore made it for an opening (Today). I phoned up this morning to double check my time, and I was greeted by a rude, arrogant receptionist. I had asked to double check my booked time and she informed me with a cocky tone, that I was suppose to call up and confirm my appointment. I wasn't told that whatsoever when I had made it, which I had told her. Then she responded stating "You would've been told, everyone is told to confirm." I proceeded to say again that I wasn't informed to confirm then she responded with the most rude, un-needed attitude saying that "Everyone says that they weren't told". Well if everyone says that, then it must be bloody true. Don't treat me like some low life. No consideration, what so ever. I will NEVER, recommend this clinic to any family or friends with a receptionist like her. To think this clinic is at a school, disgusting."

"Horrible service. We arrived at the clinic at 10:30am because Dad had an appointment at 11am and mum at 11:40am. And yet they forgot about the appointments until I came up to remind them that we have been sitting there for an hour."
