Brenda specializes in working with adults and addressing women's issues, such as relationship challenges, parenting concerns, life transitions, and the transition from high school to young adulthood, as well as starting work and further study. She employs various approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Positive Psychology, Trauma CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. After an initial assessment session, Brenda will develop a personalized treatment plan tailored to your specific needs. Counselling can assist you in making progress on issues such as anxiety, social anxiety, anger management, parenting difficulties, divorce, grief, workplace challenges, and relationship problems.

For your convenience, online appointments are available, particularly if you prefer the comfort of your own home. These sessions are conducted via Zoom or phone.
