"Quite Disappointed, I booked what I understood to be a 60 minute massage however, I ended up receiving only 45 minutes on the table. This 45 minutes included time briefly showing me & talking through the "theragun" before demonstrating how it works & proceeding to massage me with it for about 5 minutes. $95 for all this was disappointing. To be fair & balanced, I do accept some responsibility for the reduced time as I was running about 5 minutes late. However … The 60 minutes also included paying for time to fill in the standard 2-3 pages of questions, a meet & greet; Amanda showing me to the room; talking through my sore spots etc… so by the time I got on the bed it was exactly 1:15pm.(The booking was 1pm.) Amanda then finished the massage at precisely 2:00pm. I also feel disappointed as Amanda was nice, friendly & the massage was of a reasonable standard with good techniques used; however when paying for a 60 minute hands on massage & receiving only 45 minutes & the masseur resorting to also using a massage gun… it all left me with a bitter taste in my mouth. It’s also worth noting that Amanda’s prices are not advertised anywhere. Only once I booked & asked what her costs were the prices sms’d to me a “one hour treatment” is $95 a “90 minute treatment” is $135". Fair & reasonable I suggest for the treatment be exactly as described. Amanda did have hi-caps & processed my rebate on the spot which was a plus."
