"My entire home loan application experience with Move Bank was a positive experience. I explored options with other banks too, and I chose Move because they had the most competitive interest rate (at the time). But they were also the easiest to deal with. The lending team were very responsive and helpful. I do have one quibble that I only discovered after I'd taken out the loan and established the mortgage offset account. The maximum daily payment limit for the online banking is only $5000. This is for security reasons, which is fair enough, but I do hope Move Bank introduce measures for members to be able to adjust this to suit their own risk profile. You can phone their support team to arrange a temporary (for the day) increase of up to $75,000 however these payments don't use Osko, so you need to allow a day for these payments to land in the recipient's bank account. I've phoned their support team to arrange the temporary increase on a number of occasions and generally get through within a minute or two. All up the process after ID verification etc takes about 5-10 mins. Support staff have been knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. There is also the option of completing a (paper) form for larger amounts or same-day payments, but there is a fee associated with this method."

"Shorly after opening a new account online I received a welcome call. They made sure that I understood all of the features and fees that applied to my account, made sure I had the account information for my salary to be paid in to the new account and also ordered a new card for me. I had to call back a few days later to get my card registered with Google Pay, this was done within minutes and the person I spoke to was such a pleasure to deal with. It's not often anyone has something nice to say about a bank, but with Move being a customer owned bank and being a small team, it really feels good to have such great personalised service. I don't know why I stayed with one of the Big 4 banks for so long."
