"Communications and paperwork to even get our company car loan finalised took 4 weeks when it was only supposed to take 3 days! Now, 2.5 years later, on trying to pay out the last of a very small loan - it has taken us 6 phone calls of hangs ups, wrong transfers, cut outs and then being told that a payout figure could only be emailed (which would take 2-3 business days) - THEN I could commence payout processing. Having had loans with several different institutions - never have I come across such an archaic method of paying out a loan!!! It was only after 7 communication attempts, asking to speak with a supervisor and insisting on a paperwork turnaround of 2 hours, that I miraculously managed to get my payout letter within 2 hours and 19 minutes. I am now waiting to see how long it will take to get my official 'finalisation letter' to ensure I am out of the Capital Finance disaster zone for good!"

"ZERO STARS if I could. The worst experience ever. Worst customer service, worst record keeping and flat out memory loss by the service agents. Can't remember one piece of important information from 30 secs ago. Nothing to do with their interest rates or repayment terms or anything. The don't know their elbow from their a**hole. Big corporation with too many cooks in the kitchen. My mind nearly exploded over the level of incompetency. They are not worth your mental health dealing with them. Also - in this day and age, how is it possible they can't email correspondence? Dinosaur snail mail is ridiculous."

"I've been waiting 2 weeks for a payout letter on a small loan. 6 phone calls to 6 different people all promising they'd send it through that day. It's preventing me from doing something else. Useless. They don't even want to take my money, how hard can this be, honestly. Do not recommend."

"These guys are a real pain in the arse to deal with. If you have a phone system through Capital Finance via Telstra, all communication is via email as they apparently don't have a phone number. So like for us needing the equipment moved and this has to be organised via Capital Finance, when you email you get a response if lucky once every 24hrs, but not from the same person ever. In the last 7 days, I have had no progress and really really poor customer service. If you need to lease equipment, do it with a business that will communicate in a prompt and professional manner and not hide behind an email. I hope to have success soon but I think this will drag out for months. I will never ever use Capital Finance again. Oh by the way, you get equipment worth just over $9k and they charge you a massive $16k for it and they claim there is no interest applied. What a joke. High prices, and extremely poor service. Capital Finance cares about the $$ and not the customer. Pure and Simple."
