"Asked if they could do a B service on my Mercedes. Was told yes we can. Booked it a month in advance and left the car for a whole day. All they did was an oil change, father was on holidays at the time. Daughter told me I had rocker cover gasket leaks and the engine protection plate had a lot of oil all over it. I said that’s strange as the car has never used oil ever. Was also informed that the protection plate had three stripped screws. I said that’s okay I’ll fix that. Anyway after receiving my car back my car had serious vibration when I stopped at the lights. Found that whoever did more Oil change had spilt oil all down the side of my motor into my protection plate. After further investigation I found out whoever secured my protection plate did not have any idea of how to secure it. And my oil filter cover still had 2 1/3 turns before it was even secured, which was now seeping oil out. I will never ever ever use these mechanics again. I was also told I have some ball joint issues and they would get back to me on cost. Never got any reply. I don’t know who does their reviews but I think it’s not customers..... Up to you where you go just stating my interaction with this company"
