"Took a couple of calls over several days to get through for an assessment, finally got onto Tracy. And oh my God what a breath of fresh air she is. As I work night shift I was given an option to do an appraisal on line. I uploaded the photos requested and before I had the time to put in comments Tracy was on the phone saying that's all they need. 5 star rating for Tracy, will update after repairs are done!!"
"My car went to Motor One through an insurance claim to fix the rear of my car. Communication prior to booking my car in was hit and miss, often leaving a message and not receiving a call back. As my car was only a few months old it was in immaculate condition inside and out except for the damage at the back. I was assured by staff that they would look after my car. I only received one text a day after I was due to collect my car then was called to collect it not long before they closed on a Friday two days later than the estimated time to fix it. While the work done to the damage is good except for a crease mark in the bumper, the rest of my car was covered in paint over spray. The car was also dirty inside and I had to ask for each door to be wiped down, including the boot. The driver's floor was dusty and the covers I had on the front seats were filthy and thrown into the boot. The piano finish in my car was smudged and had faint scratch marks on the console, steering wheel and doors, definitely not the condition I gave it to them in. I had to return three times for the over spray be fixed correctly, all resulting in not having a car for a day. While Motor One accepted full responsibility, their attitude towards fixing the issue was often dismissive and I was felt to be an inconvenience when I continued to return the car as their efforts to fix it were not good enough, considering this was no fault of my own or the reason why my car was at the repairers. My brand new car now feels old due to the wear on it. No apology was given at any stage, really disappointed with the whole situation."
