Dad got upset and so did I being told she couldn’t do it in store .. Manager ended up coming out of her office to help us after the girl at counter hung up my mobile phone after me phoning the deceased account help line.. I was disgusted in their treatment and will be taking my Dad’s account elsewhere !!!"

"Went to Runaway Suncorp this morning, wow just wow, the middle aged long grey hair lady behind the counter, your rude your loud and your condescending. As I told you, I’m not tech savvy on this, new suncorp security app. I needed your help and support in getting through this app. So I could transfer some money. Your apology lacked sincerity as you continued to make it obvious to all the rest of the customers in the bank, how dumb I was. I thought it would be a simple thing to get a password changed on my iPad for this security app. Ha not so, you obvious lack of support and help was apparent not only to me but everybody else. I left the bank saying I would ring Suncorp, knowing I would get the help I needed. Maybe you need a new job, if your customer service and empathy has long gone"
