"I recently purchased a drum kit from the store. It turns out the item was faulty and needed several parts to fix because they were broken. At no point when asked how to resolve this issue did they help at all When asked if I could return the item and leave it there for there technician to look at at who might I add passed the damaged item as working go figure. The service I received immediately from staff was discussing I was hung up on there no attempts to help me fix the issue. The store is horrible and I would never go there again I would recommend to go to any other store than Capalaba absolutely disgusting service.$120 to fix everything later what a joke."
