"Every single accessory from Roof rack, Batwing Awning, Rear and Front Bull bar, Recovery points, Under body protection, Winch and UHF radio was all purchased and fixed through this store in the last year and half. Few days back the rear sensor fell off( Bad installation from ARB) and when contacted, the sales member who was entirely responsible for all my upgrades advised the repairs can only be done after two months and booked me inn( Hello are you serious, very poor after sales). I called to speak to the manager the very next day who advised he will get in touch with me the next working day, which he did and advised to bring the vehicle for fixing. Upon taking the vehicle another sales rep advised me to leave the vehicle and ARB will advise when the vehicle is ready. I requested for a time frame as to know if I should hang around if its a quick fix, but very bluntly was told it would take hours( if I had to leave and get back it would have cost me $60 to and from home). But I still requested him to advise of a time frame which he never bothered to do. I still decided to remain as my 4 year daughter was with me and thank god I did, as it took under 20 min. While all this waiting the sales rep who was directly responsible for all my upgrades, didn't have the decencies to even come and inquire regarding the issue or show any form of after sales courtesy(but was very focused on new clients) when a problem occurs. Hands up to the manager for rectifying my issue but sadly the team members need to be brought up to speed how important after sales customer satisfaction is. I have a few more upgrades like a lift, side panel and so on, but definitely will be goin some where else as its very clear that ARB Coopers plains has no consideration for after sales issues caused by there fault."
