"We've been a Youi customer since 2011 - 4 policies with them and impressed with their value for money and customer service. Just checked our home building insurance today which has increased 53% over the last 13 months, no claims over that period.?! I understand a lot of businesses have increased their costs recently due to inflation, but this seems far beyond what's reasonable. Called Youi, and nothing they could, or would do. Not sure where to go from here, but just wanted to post this as a heads up to future customers."
