"Scott has been a pleasure to deal with, my first experience being when my vehicle was repaired in a day, comparatively to a week elsewhere. He took my word that the alternator was shot, ordering in the part without question. A refreshing change for a woman, to say the least. He said he’d have my car sorted out as quickly as they could, listening to my plight, all before he’d even met me. I called when they opened, and he had my car sorted out by that afternoon.
