"Lochie absolutely saved me pulling miracle after miracle out of thin air to get my little Rav safely back on the road. After initially being booked in for what was supposed to be a small auto electrical job, he managed to squeeze me in to replace my radiator when it blew up on the way to Mycar Rochedale, he then found time to replace my thermostat when it showed up as not working, and also identified that one of my tires was showing wires. When the place I had booked in to get the tires done lost my booking, Lochie pulled another hat trick and found time to do my tires, even going so far to get the tire delivered on a Saturday from another store to save me from driving on unsafe tires. I had spent 3hours calling around to different mechanics looking for a hail mary for someone to try and help me get back on the road after being stranded in Brisbane halfway thru a road trip, Lochie was straight onto it as soon as I called, and walked me thru every step of what needed to be done, even giving me a list of things that were non urgent to take to my regular mechanic when I get home in a few weeks. He also kindly watched my dog while he was on his lunch break, giving me a chance to grab a coffee and some food after I mentioned I hadn't eaten all day because I had been to busy with car troubles. I will absolutely be coming back into Rochedale Mycar on my way back thru Brisbane in a few weeks to get a few more bits and pieces done. It's very easy to be stuffed around by a mechanic while you're travelling, especially between the Christmas- New year period, but the boys at Rochedale were absolute legends. They give the MyCar and the Kmart brand a good name."
