"Classic dishonest mechanics trying to squeeze every penny out of you. I had taken my car in for a service, and they advised me that I needed to replace my front control arm rear bushes. After the service was done, my car was spitting grease all over the bottom section of my engine bay and exhaust manifold, causing the engine to smoke, and my radiator fluid was both very low (checking the radiator and overflow tank). I had called up to see if there was a mistake made when the car was serviced and if they could kindly take a quick look. After I brought my car back in, they told me that this specific part needed to be replaced and tried to charge me for this as well as charging me for the checkup, which took 2 seconds. My car didn't have a drop of this grease prior to the service. 0/10 experience; find someone trustworthy and honest."
