"Cheryl and Dave are wonderful. They know customer service. They are friendly, responsive and helpful. I dropped in to see when they could look at a slow leak in a tyre. They saw me straight away and the leak was fixed within 20 minutes. I will be back!"
"I rang Dave Friday morning & asked if he could fit me in to look at my car since an engine light came on while driving home Thursday night. I was concerned to know if it was safe to drive without damage. Dave booked the car in despite being fully booked & said he'd look. To my surprise, later Friday morning, Joey (the mechanic) called & gave me a full explanation of the problem & proposed a solution to fix rather than the expensive option of a replacement vtech solenoid. He'd ordered new gaskets & sundry parts & the whole job was done late Friday & I got the car back at 5 pm. No way did I expect this! I was hoping at best to be advised if the car was drivable, thinking oh if they can fit me in with 1-2 weeks for a repair I'd be happy. I was lucky they had a cancellation so the job could be done same day, but best of all was the advice given and the repair was to replace the minor parts instead of the whole solenoid unit. They definitely had my interests at the heart of their work. So a big think you to Dave, Cheryl & Joey, much appreciated."
