"To anyone that is thinking about buying a cylinder head from this company , please re-consider your choice . They may seem of good quality and at a cheap price , but they are not worth the money . When your cylinder head cooks and your down $1200 , you will come to regret your choice . Save your money and buy a better quality . I can not stress it enough to people considering buying from them ."

"Very poor business practice will not honour warranty comes up with multiple excuses for internal defects of a brand new part that was faulty from factory. tried to say I cleaned the parts before taking pictures which was false they were taken in the exact condition they were removed. when you prove all the excuses wrong with independent testing they try to say it is required to be fitted by a mechanic. when I provide all the details and proof I’m in fact a mechanic which I proved by showing my Qld tafe trade certificate that does not expire. they then claimed they have a so called data base that shows my certificate isn’t current (which is false) but won’t tell me what data base. they say I should have had it tested before fitting the brand new part and still refuse to pay after I organised other means to fix my vehicle they offer a very poor effort to fix 1 valve (which the independent shop said he wouldn’t touch due to the poor quality of the part) that still left me out of Labour and other one use items that I had to pay for again currently organising to get qcat involved as they wipe their hands and also won’t provide an address for the court serving terrible business practice. All their claims were based on a few pictures and ignored the actual businesses and qualified persons reports and proof. And yes I did accidentally send a copy of my rsa instead of my trade cert but that means nothing as I still provided my trade certificate"

"*** WARNING*** Bought a complete head gasket kit for my 2001 Toyota Prado diesel Had it installed, drove approx 150km and the car lost all power and started blowing diesel out the exhaust. Got it to the mechanic, pulled it apart and the cam shaft had sheared on the lobes to pretty much a circle. The steel had not been hardened. Lucky for me I still had my factory Toyota one to put back in. Got the car back drove for another 500kms all seemed well but now the head looks like it’s stuffed causing issues….. Seems the product is/was trash and now because of the metal sheared into the engine who knows what other damage it’s going to cause in the future. Would not recommend this product at all ***BE CAREFUL AND BUY GENUINE****"

The team were so polite and helpful to a novice DIY mechanic and communicated with me through the whole process of delivery.
