"Complaint Dealing with assurance cover Australia has caused me anxiety and stress that I have never had to deal with in my life. The customer services was so poor, everytime I called the office they would answer the phone and mumble there names so you didn't know who you were talking too.the lady dealing with my claim was completely and totally rude the whole time she dealt with my claim. ( I won't mention names) She was pretty much making me do her job for her and never got back to my calls or email for at least one week at one point !. She mentions to me that because I'm not claiming throught my insurance she won't be in any rush to get the claim complete. She had no interested in being a good person as I wasn't her customer. I also lost out on work and money due to everything they did and didn't do."
