"Was excited for my burger and chips but I had to wait over 50 minutes for it to arrive. Ended up getting a refund (extra star for the hassle free refund). Just really disappointed that my friends who ordered at the same time as me got their food 30 minutes before, and people who ordered food after me got their orders fairly quickly. Kind staff, but would prefer if oversights like this didn't happen."
