"I had my battery tested by a young gentleman who was very helpful and nice. I got a new battery; however, when going through the checkout the lady at the counter acted as though me making a membership was a burden. She only spoke to my partner and insisted it go on his account. Once finally making my membership, she said to my partner if he wanted the warranty it’d be on ‘her’ membership. I had politely mentioned before the battery was for me and that I’d be paying for it. I was overall happy with the product and all but it was just a bit offputting and felt outdated to experience that from the cashier."
