"Quoted $15, 1 box, 1kg; GC to Brisbane, no hurry on delivery. I asked "do you need the dimensions?" she said "is it under these dims and weight". I said "yes; 1 box and 1kg" Bundall GC (they call it country??) to Brisbane. They charged us $215, they recommend a proper quote next time. I recommend they are useless or criminals? or both"
"Aggressive driver. Cut across two lanes and had the audacity to honk his horn disregarding right of way. Unsafe driver with no remorse. This type of person is handling your parcels. I'd look elsewhere for a courier. His passenger is clearly embarrassed."

Barely moving, zero courtesy or consideration.Then the muppet changes lanes right infront of a prime mover, across a solid white line. Clearly by reading these reviews this company struggles with public relations or finding staff that can play nicely with other humans."
"Spent the entire day at home waiting for my floors to be delivered,since my installers would be here at 7:30 am the following day. My husband got a call at 5:00 pm letting him know delivery wouldn't happen, only the following day,at 8 am, I then called the driver Michael to explain my people would be here earlier than that,he said he'd be here by 7:30 then. Sure enough,this morning my installers were here and no floors to be installed at 7:30. I contacted Michael again,who told me he would be another half hour and NEVER offered an explanation for the failure in delivery or apologised in the name of the company. When I mentioned these things to him, making a point I had missed a day's work to wait for my floors,he told me he would take the floors back to the store and HUNG UP ON ME!! He then became unreachable,turning his cell phone off, so we were left wondering if the floors would actually turn up or not, which they did in the end, much later than promised. Appalling experience, would stay away from this company!"
