"My experience with CouriersPlease has been nothing short of a nightmare. It's been over 20 days, and my parcel is still in their possession. The complete lack of communication and accountability from this company is appalling. I feel compelled to share my incredibly frustrating experience with CouriersPlease as a cautionary tale for others. I recently ordered a large suitcase from Samsonite, a crucial item for my upcoming overseas trip. Initially, I was pleased to note that the delivery attempt was made promptly within a couple of days. However, here's where the nightmare began. The timing of the delivery attempt coincided with the only time I wasn't home for the day, which was only a brief 15-minute absence. In response, I swiftly scheduled a redelivery online for the following business day. Sadly, this was far from the reality I encountered. Despite my efforts to rectify the situation, the redelivery failed to materialise as expected. Multiple follow-ups seemed to have little effect, with assurances of action proving hollow. Only after persistent communication did the package finally receive an 'out for delivery' status β an astonishing 11 days after the initial delivery attempt. However, redelivery was never attempted. I've continued to follow up almost daily and have increasingly communicated the urgency of redelivery. Each time I've been met with vague promises and no tangible resolution. At this point, CouriersPlease has retained possession of my parcel for a staggering 20 days (delivery estimate was 2-5 days). It's astonishing how they've managed to keep my property hostage for so long without providing any explanation for the delays. The level of incompetence demonstrated is beyond belief. Such disregard for customers' time and belongings is inexcusable. I've formally requested redelivery within a 48-hour window prior to my departure, though given my experiences, I remain skeptical. Should my parcel eventually be delivered, I will update this review. Nonetheless, based on the ordeals I've faced, I strongly recommend steering clear of CouriersPlease. Their lack of professionalism and failure to uphold their commitments have left me deeply dissatisfied. At this point I'm wondering if their courier has stolen the package, and I wouldn't be surprised if the parcel never sees the light of day again."
"Absolutely shameful service. Ordered a $2000 set of golf clubs through House of Golf that were supposed to be delivered on Wednesday 9th August, it's almost a week later and the clubs have still not been delivered. Tracking is an absolute joke, and the ability to contact them is non-existent. House of Golf followed up with them, and they would literally not tell them any information as to where the clubs are. It's thoroughly shocking that in 2023, we can put people in space, create vaccines for disease, but we still can't perform a simple task like delivering a package on time. Take a long hard look at yourself and sort it out"
"I was home all day and the tracking information said that there was an attempted delivery. Sorry, but where? There was no delivery driver that came by my place. The tracking information then says I need to contact the company because they are unable to delivery my package. I get in contact with them through the live chat and they say they will give special instructions to the driver and also to get the driver to call me on Monday for a redelivery. I will update this review on Monday if possible to see if it'll happen or if this company just lies. I am extremely disappointed by this service. A redelivery should be a GIVEN, not something that has to be requested by the customer. CouriersPlease should contact customers directly that they are offering a redelivery, or leave a note (if an attempted delivery was actually made). If this is not done, then how are we suppose to receive our package? Additionally, I tried to ask if I could request to pick up from the depot, but they said their system can only process one request at a time. Sorry, what? A redelivery should not have to be a request like I said before. Anyways, they also said that the collection request would take 1-2 business days to see if it was possible to pick it up. Using the logic that my parcel is at the depot, it should not take that long to confirm if I can pick up my parcel, especially if it is also meant to be redelivered the next business day. IT DOES NOT MAKE SENSE. It is clear to me that my package was not delivered the first time. It is also clear to me that my package is most likely not even at the depot and that the tracking information is wrong. And it is quite clear to me that this company doesn't care for its customers and its service."
"Absolutely shocking service. We never receive our goods on time - always with the comment that the address is not complete. We are a business that receives products from many other couriers who never have a problem delivering. I have now been told that I should get an update within 48 hours - this does not mean I will receive our goods, just an update, and they do not have anyone available to escalate the call to that I can speak with. I have now sent an email to all of our suppliers requesting that we do not receive any deliveries again from the company and to use another courier service. I am happy to pay more if needed to ensure receipt of the delivery and some decent customer service."
