Foods are authentic, good quality vs quantity (a plate for two is enough for three girls!). The staff here are friendly and speaking Persian gently. "My first experience of Persian food. Absolutely delicious. This is my new favourite local go-to eatery, just up the road from where I'm staying currently. I think I'll be working my way through the Plates menu! Great value for money. Recommend. Today, I chose the Great Tradition from the Plates menu, comprising slow cooked chicken marinated in their special sauce. Served with Persian rice (garnished with saffron and barberries), and fresh Shirazi salad (tomato, cucumber, red onion, fresh lemon juice, mint, virgin olive oil and black pepper). The salad really lifts the dish as it's most refreshing. For dessert, I had a small piece of Pistachio baklava and a flat white coffee."
