At Wemyss Transport, we specialize in delivering unpacked freight to and from our depot or other third-party locations. Our depot, known as the 1.3 Facility, allows for fast turnaround on AQIS controlled freight and fumigations. With a versatile fleet of flat top, dropdeck, curtainside, and extendable trailers, we are capable of handling all types of breakbulk freight.
Our experienced warehouse staff is skilled in packing and unpacking export and import containers that are cleared or under AQIS control. No job is too difficult for us. We pride ourselves on our ability to handle all manner of transport needs, including Bulk DG and over-dimensional cargo.
One of our key strengths is our flexibility. We can tailor our services to meet the specific needs of both small and large projects. Whether you require storage for general or refrigerated containers, our depot, located in the Port of Brisbane Precinct, is the ideal facility. It is clean, secure, and allows for the unpacking, packing, and storage of containers.
With a fleet of eighty-three pieces of trailing equipment, including sideloaders, flat tops, drop decks, extendables, curtainsiders, skels, tipper skels, B-Doubles, A-Doubles, Quad axle skels, and sideloaders, we have the resources to handle any transport task. Our fleet is NHVR registered and maintained according to NHVR standards. The A-Doubles, Quad Skels, and Quad sideloaders are PBS approved.
Established in 2003, Wemyss Transport is a privately owned and operated family business. We are proud to be based in the Port of Brisbane precinct, serving the transport needs of customers to local, intrastate, and interstate destinations.
