Reviews
"Our family stayed for 3 nights 13-16th June. Our stay was satisfactory and the front door staff exceptional. However we still have yet to receive our room deposit refund despite 30 business days passing. The reception/ back office staff response is non existent. Be careful of hidden charges at this hotel and the lack of refunds despite being told this has been actioned. Have cancelled future planned stays."
"Food average. Service good. Amenities dirty"
"I am confused by this place. The menus on the website sound like great food is available so we went down as a work group for lunch on a Friday. We were told they can’t take group bookings so we figured we’d wing it and find a table, only to find there were plenty of tables because there were no customers whatsoever. We asked for menus and were then advised there was only 1 staff member so no food was available except for 2 kind of sad looking sandwiches in the window. I don’t know if this was a rare occurrence and they were just understaffed that day but I barely see anyone here when I walk past so I’m really not sure when is a good time to eat here or if food is ever available. It seems a shame as this must have been a cool spot in the past (going off past reviews) but there’s really nothing going for this place now when there are so many great places in Milton."
"We had our staff party here. Good food and good environment"
"have been here 3 times since coming under new management\ownership, the lunch specials taste good, but are a bit small for the $12 price. there is no soft-drinks on tap\gun, paing $4 for a 300ml skinny can of coke is a bit steep."
